2. Finish pad and set forms. Pour slab.

God instructed pastor Storm to proceed with the construction and to be the overseer of the project. Since this is Gods facility and it will be used to serve Him six to seven days per week, He is setting the progress according to His timetable.

What is meant by Building by Faith? Pastor Storm, previously told by other pastors, saying that they would never start a building unless they had all the funds to construct it, in advance. Would this be building on faith? Absolutely not! When God laid it on pastor Storm's heart, to build this new facility, we did not have have the money to build with. We are trusting God, to supply the funds. God has already been providing the money as the needs arise; even a large sum of money when it was needed. When the summer months were approaching, pastor Storm prayed hard, telling God that we are approaching a time that does not seem right to begin the building process and asked if He was sure this is the right time. Pastor Storm announced to the smaller congregation (smaller because some have left for the summer) that we will be moving forward with the construction and God gave pastor Storm a message to deliver to us "Remember Gideon (A powerful Faith message)" (listen to this message for yourself, on the sermons page). There are many for instances, recorded in Scripture of how God supplied for His people. We know for certain that He wants us to build this structure and it is very clear that His hand is in it.        [Back]
